We're going to be exhibiting at the Live Well Festival for the first time this year 14-15 October, 2017!
The show is all about healthy lifestyles, fitness, nutrition, well-being and happiness. This is the second year it's being held, and it'll be bigger and even better than last time! The venue is The Cloud, Auckland.

The team at Living Goodness will be doing tastings at a few select Farro Fresh stores in Auckland this month. It's a great chance for you to try our fermented foods before you buy, or extend your palate to new flavours!
