INGREDIENTS
2 slices of toasted rye or sourdough bread
Vegan butter or Olivio
½ avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons Living Goodness Heartbeet Kraut
Himalayan salt
Dried chilli flakes, optional
METHOD
• Toast bread and lightly spread with vegan butter or Olivio. Top with slices of avocado, sauerkraut and season with salt and chilli flakes.
