MEET LIVING GOODNESS AT THE FOOD SHOW AUCKLAND 27-30TH JULY

In a week, the team here at Living Goodness will be selling fermented foods to the hungry at The Auckland Food Show.

It's held over four days, so come by if you have a spare few hours! You'll get to sample any (or all) of the six flavours of fermented foods. And, if you're lucky, we might even have some crackers and salmon left to serve with our sauerkraut.

This food show will be held at the ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane, Auckland, from 10am to 5pm. You can buy your tickets here. Living Goodness will be in stall K3

Honestly, we love meeting new people and hearing how they've experienced the vast benefits of fermented foods. The gut-healing properties of sauerkraut is the reason why Living Goodness exists today, after all.

We're super excited to see you all in a week. There'll be many wonderful stalls of interesting, nutritional and delicious foods. Live demonstrations run throughout all four days, so make sure you plan your day accordingly.

Have a look and see which of our products you'd like to purchase from us at the food show. We can't promise that we won't sell out!
